Return Policy

In-store purchases are considered final sale. For online orders, returns and exchanges are permitted according to our online return policy. To insure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Return Window: You have a limited window of 1 day from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Method: Returns will be processed as store credit in the form of a Js Fashion Gift Card. Cards Expire after 12 months.

Return Fees: Please note that there may be additional fees associated with driver-assisted returns.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. They should also be returned in their original packaging.

Lost Returns: We cannot be held responsible for return packages that may become lost or stolen during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: It is crucial to inspect your order thoroughly before the delivery person leaves. If you receive any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report it immediately.
