Privacy Policy

This policy explains what JS Fashion collects when you shop with us — on this website or in the JS Fashion Store app — what we do with it, and how you can have it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect, and why
We only ask for what an order actually needs. You can browse the whole catalogue, and place an order as a guest, without creating an account.

How you pay
JS Fashion does not take card payments and has no card details to lose. Orders are paid by bank transfer: we show you the account to pay, you make the transfer with your own bank, and you attach a screenshot so we can match the payment to your order. The screenshot is stored with the order and is visible only to JS Fashion staff reviewing that payment.
Tracking and advertising
We do not track you. The JS Fashion Store app contains no advertising, analytics, attribution or profiling software. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not follow you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who else sees your information
We share only what a job requires, and only with parties doing that job for us:
- Delivery. The courier receives the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order.
- Hosting. Our servers and database are run by an infrastructure provider on our behalf. They hold the data because it sits on their machines; they do not use it.
- Sign-in. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that company confirms who you are to us. We receive an identifier and an email address; they do not receive your shopping activity from us.
- The law. If we are legally required to disclose something, we will.
How long we keep it
- Orders and their payment records, including the payment screenshot, are kept as business and tax records for as long as the law requires us to keep them. This is the one category that survives deleting your account — see below.
- Your account and profile are kept until you delete the account, at which point they go.
- Your shopping bag and sign-in session expire on their own and are removed.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, without asking anyone. In the JS Fashion Store app, open Account and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion happens immediately.
When you delete your account:
- your profile, email address and sign-in identities are deleted;
- any shopping bag you had not checked out is deleted;
- if you used Sign in with Apple, we tell Apple to end JS Fashion’s access, so it stops appearing in your Apple ID settings;
- orders you have already placed are kept, because we are required to retain them as business records — but they are no longer linked to you or to any account.
If you would rather not use the app, write to us using the contact details below and we will delete the account for you.
Your choices
- Shop as a guest — an account is never required to place an order.
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Decline photo access on your phone. The app asks for it only when you attach a payment screenshot, and only for that.
Keeping it safe
Traffic between the app or website and our servers is encrypted in transit. Sign-in sessions are stored on your device in the platform keychain, and on our side only as a one-way hash, so a copy of our database cannot be turned back into a login.
Children
JS Fashion is a shop for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in substance, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use JS Fashion after a change means the updated policy applies.
